Galatians 3:9,11, says "9 So then those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham." "11 But that no one is justified by the law in the sight of God is evident, for 'the just shall live by faith.'" In these two verses, Paul gives us two great truths we must learn. First, if we are to be blessed and walk in the blessings that Abraham walked in, we must have believing faith. What is believing faith? Believing faith is when you go beyond just knowing God's Word to embracing and acting on God's Word. To truly believe is to be a doer and not just a hearer of the Word.
Second, you must develop a lifestyle of faith. Faith can't just be something you do when you have a need. Faith must become your daily way of living. Paul said,"The just shall live by faith." From the time we get up until we go to bed at night, we should live in the realm of faith and trust in God. When we make faith our lifestyle we will be ready for whatever challenges life will throw at us.

Living By Faith
I) The Life of Faith is a Process of Steps to Your Desired Goal
A) Galatians 3:11 (The just shall live by faith.) - Living is movement, if it's alive there is movement in it.
B) II Corinthians 5:7 - For we walk by faith, not by sight.
To walk you must take steps. There are steps to faith.
II) Three Steps to Faith that will get Us to Our Victory
1) Romans 10:17 - All faith must be established on God's Word.
To walk by faith our first step must begin with God's Word. There can be no faith without God's Word. Faith is a product of God's Word.
a) Proverbs 4:20-22 (v.22) - You must find God's Word that gives you the right to have what you need.
b) Romans 4:18 - Abraham's walk of faith began with God's promise to bless him.
Our first step of faith is to find God's promise for the blessing we desire then claim it and embrace it as ours.
2) Mark 11:22-23 - You must believe God's promise in your heart.
v. 23 - You must believe God's Word in your heart until it becomes so real it drives doubt out of you.
a) Romans 4:17-22 - Abraham refused to be focused on the problem. He kept his focus on God's promise.
To believe we must spend more time with God's promise than with the problem.
3) Mark 11:23 - You have to say it.
v. 23 - You have what you say. You must release the blessing in your life with your words.
a) Romans 4:20 - Abraham kept his faith strong by constantly saying and praising God for the promise.
vv. 20-22 - He conformed his attitude, words, and actions to God's Word and not the problem.
